Everyone wants to stay fit and for that to happen you need two things exercise and good eating. Good and healthy eating is easy and requires enormous amount of patience. Every now and then you will feel the carving for eating the unhealthy and junk food. These foods no doubt are more tasty and enjoyable than the regular healthy foods.
The junk foods are called so because they have all the unhealthy things heaped up on them while preparing. Hamburgers, French fries and all sorts of cheese are examples of unhealthy food. It sounds like a bad movie but this really happened. A 44-year-old woman who couldn’t accept the fact that she was getting old and wrinkled committed suicide by lying down in front of a train.
The Daily Mail reported that Amanda Barr of Little Ellingham, Norfolk, was so depressed about her wrinkles and skin condition that she decided to end her life at the Shadwell level crossing. She stepped in front of a train that was traveling at 90 miles per hour from Norwich to Cambridge. (more…)

Not everyone is looking for a Botox injection, facelift, or other form of plastic surgery when looking for methods to preserve their youth. Surgical procedures and Botox injections can be costly, leave scars, have permanent negative health effects, and can sometimes even result in the recipient looking even older due to poor response of the body to the procedure or complications arising during the plastic surgery process.

Contacts must be prescribed by an ECP (Eye Care Professional) who must first access the visual needs of the patient as well as the individual’s eye structure and lubrication capacity (tear drops).
Though most contacts are worn to correct myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness) or astigmatism, there are also contacts available to enhance or change the color of the eye with or without a prescription for visual correction.
